The Kalem Foundation, the publisher of Kalem IJEHS, undertakes that it does not charge any reader to access the articles and the printed version of the journal.

In the non-profit Kalem International Journal of Education and Human Sciences, article processing fee (evaluation fee or printing fee) is also not charged. In addition, referees are paid to contribute to their work, even if they do not correspond to their efforts.
