The editorial board shall have the right to edit the article for 3 months as from the time of submittal thereof during when the author undertakes not to submit it to any other print or electronic publications. Should KIJEHS has not sent a notice of acceptance in said 3 months, the author shall be at liberty to make use of the article.
The article should be in conformity with Turkish legislation and universally acknowledged fundamental human rights and liberties. Furthermore, the article must not contain any offensive wording, recital, statement and/or whatsoever against any states or authorities thereof. Should any part of the article has confidentiality, the author must obtain all permissions legally required, otherwise which he/she shall utterly be responsible for any judicial or penal prosecution.
If the article is accepted, the author agrees to make timely and effective modifications according to editors’ suggestions.
The author or, if applicable the Author’s Employer, retains all proprietary rights other than copyright, such as; intellectual property rights; to use, free of charge, all parts of this article for the author’s future works in books, lectures, classroom teaching, or oral presentations; the right to reproduce the article for their own purposes provided the copies are not offered for sale. However, reproduction, posting, transmission or other distribution or use of the article or any material contained therein, in any medium as permitted hereunder, requires a citation to the Journal and appropriate credit to KIJEHS as publisher, suitable in form and content as follows: Title of article, author(s), journal title and volume/issue, Copyright© year.
An author should not, in general, publish manuscripts describing essentially the same research in more than one journal or primary publication.
The authors should ensure that they have written entirely original works, and if the authors have used the work and/or words of others, that this has been appropriately cited or quoted.
