The author/s must cooperate with the editorial coordination committee and editorial board whenever they want to withdraw their manuscript during the evaluation or publishing process.
The author/s who request the withdrawal of the manuscript should send the petition containing the justification to the journal in electronic form or as a document in a wet- signature form stating that it is the approval of all authors. However, the author (s) whose withdrawal request is approved can send their article to other journals.
In the non-profit Kalem International Journal of Education and Human Sciences, article processing fee (evaluation fee or printing fee) is not charged. Also, the payment agency is paid by the publishing institution, Kalem Foundation, which is a public interest foundation, so that referees can contribute to their work even if they do not have the equivalent of their efforts. The writer, who wants to withdraw his or her manuscript for any reason, is obliged to send the referee payment to the bank account of the publisher institution, Kalem Foundation, which is a public interest foundation. Other additional expenses (bibliography control unit, technical process, typesetting, printing, sending ...) are paid by the foundation, except for the authors who want to withdraw their articles, except for the referees' payment.
